About The Northern Elite
The Northern Elite is a high performance volleyball academy offering both indoor and beach volleyball programs, specifically targeting elite athletes. Our programs and services help prepare athletes for the next level by developing the necessary skills on and off of the court. We are committed to the growth of volleyball in Canada, beginning with our youth.
We will help guide athletes through the recruiting process (U Sport & NCAA) and connect athletes with various resources to excel at the next level.
All of our programs are guided & coached by current and/or former professional volleyball athletes.
Best on Best
As an academy, we have the ability to gather elite athletes from around the Greater Toronto Area, to train and compete side by side & best on best.

Offering sponsored high performance beach volleyball training for identified athletes at Woodbine Beach Park.
Ages 19+

Women’s Youth Beach Academy 2025
Offering structured high performance beach volleyball training for female athletes.
Ages U14-U18
- •3x/week on sand sessions [technical/tactical/mental]
- •Video Analysis
- •Strength Programming
- •1x week on sand conditioning
- •Gear Kit
- •Media Day
Limited to 18 athletes
Men’s Youth Beach Academy 2025
